Instruction for registration - "Earth n Me" project

Dear beloved candidates,

Thank you for registering for “Earth and Me Project”, run by AIESEC Hanoi!

This instruction gives you the main content of each topic and the timeline of the whole project, and offers the guideline to register for the events.

“Earth and ME Project” comes out with 3 topics on the theme of Climate Change:

Waste Management

 In the Seminar, we offer you new information about waste situation in the world by enjoining a funny play, The Great Pacific Garbage Patch.

 

More interesting, have you ever tried making wonderful things from paper by yourselves? Here, you would get the instruction to make some. Don’t waste valuable things around you, even it’s just tiny. Practice recycling in the right way at the seminar.

Now, let’s move on to the Field Trip to face the real situation of waste management of Hanoi at Waste Treatment Plant Nam Son. You yourselves are the change-agents who suggest policies about waste management to the government.

Energy Conservation

It’s a surprising fact that you have never known before, the Energy Era together with its consequences.

Not just that, you will have practical experience through not only funny but also challenging games in the field trip at Pha Lai Thermal Power Plant. Specially designed and interactive Treasure Hunt with a combination between map-based, brain-activated-based and teamwork-based activities will give you a fantastic memory.

Biodiversity Conservation

Let’s come here to see how wonderful our Earth is. What an amazing discovery!

Let’s feel free to discuss about biodiversity problems.

Let’s together connect with environment clubs and organizations to make changes for the better future.

Let’s wander in the forest to feel the peaceful nature at Tam Dao National Park

Let’s join interesting team-building games to have fun and get first–aid skills and survival in the nature skills and discover the secrets of the forest with Treasure Hunting game.

Project timeline

Guideline for Registration

1. The number of attendees is limited (100 people/seminars and 40 people/field trip). Thus, you are required to register in advance. Please fill the registration form hereunder to become a part of “Earth and Me Project”.

2. The registration form is released from 19^th June to 10^th July.

3. You can register fo 2 packages (including 2 seminars and 2 field trips) in maximum. To participate in field trips, you are required to attend the relevant seminars.

4. There is no fee for seminars. However, for field trip it is required to submit a fee with 100.000VND/field trip (for transportation, food and drink). If you are successful to register 2 field trips, the fee for both is just only 150.000VND/2 field trips.

5. You will be offered a certificate from AIESEC Hanoi when joining a full package of a topic (both seminar and field trip).

6. The result of registration will be announced to you via e-mail on 12^th July.
