During this week, many LSTers had had final exams at the university; therefore, the cooking class 2 met many obstacle relating to venue and time. However, the cooking class 2 was still successfully held in Ms. Phuong's house with the meal of BBQ Noodle - one of the best traditional dishes in Hanoi.
Interns had the experiences of how to choose the type of pork suitable for BBQ Noodle. Besides, interns could join into the preparation phase by grilling the BBQ by themselves. In addition, they also learned how to make sauce used with BBQ noodle: what was the rate of water : sugar : vinegar : fish sauce.
Finally, after having interesting time preparing for BBQ Noodle, we had a really good meal with interns and LSTers.
