Cooking class 3: Tofu Meat Ball

Cooking class is one of the activities organized by Local Supporting. The class often takes placed on Thursday every week, and the dishes are often Vietnamese cuisine. 

This week, interns were taught how to make "meat ball stuffed into tofu" (Vietnamese: đậu phụ nhồi thịt), and "water morning glory fried with garlic" (rau muống xào tỏi). This class, LST had the honor to have guess from Xteam and Event team of AIESEC Hanoi. Joe and Stella could not come to the class; however, we still had Eden and Maggie. This third cooking class was also the last cooking class held by LST in the first phase of "E&M" project.
